Use the Ticket System on Your Website

From your welcome menu, and also in edit mode on article pages, on the top right of the page, just below the banner, is the word "Help"
  • Click Help, you will get an option to Create a Ticket
  • Click Create Ticket, a popup screen will display several options
    • Open a new ticket
    • View the tickets you currently have open and find out what is happening with them
    • Referrence old tickets -- sometimes a question comes up more than once, the closed tickets will allow you to refer to something you have faced in the past and be reminded of how it was resolved.
